irista is a place to store, view, organise and relive your photography collection, levering Canon's heritage in both print and photography. As User Experience Design Lead at Canon Europe, I led the UX & UI design of the irista product across all platforms from inception through to production.

Implementing the design meant working with multiple development teams in local and overseas offices - iOS & Android developers in our London office, and the web and Windows/Mac client development teams based in Hungary - so co-ordinating the ongoing product design with design sprints to work alongside the development sprints was a complex but rewarding task, allowing us to launch the app on all platforms in November 2015. Now irista is promoted and "bundled" with all Canon cameras, helping it quickly gain a significant global userbase.
