After seeing the work we did on Bosch's Repair Management portal, BSH (a subsidiary of Bosch) wanted their Product Information site to have the same modern style and responsiveness. Their existing site was very outdated; the new design had to use their latest branding, be responsive for all devices, and provide a much improved user experience with emphasis on mobile.
This project was particularly pleasant as had already established a very high level of trust with BSH, so all of their stakeholders were very eager to get involved with our design workshops and ideate together. We quickly prototyped designs and highlighted a range of new mobile-friendly features, before going on to flesh out the designs and create final visual designs. To ensure a satisfying implementation, we started to work alongside developers and join up with their Agile development process to very quickly deliver a usable site and gather additional feedback to ensure the best user experience.
