Soho House is a private members club than runs a number of venues across the globe, creating a network of like-minded members. They approached me to help design an MVP for their new app concept, Soho Connect. Similar to popular social apps like Clubhouse, Soho Connect is initially limited to Soho House members, who can invite friends and family to retain a certain amount of exclusivity.

The app helps users connect with other members via topical channels, which play host to various events including live video and audio chats, as well as letting members connect and directly message and chat with each other.

The MVP was designed rapidly over a few weeks, targetting iPhone only. An initial steer to avoid using existing Soho House branding and visual styles, led to a native-style iOS visual design, that whilst still being striking, would allow for accelerated UI development by the development team.
